How this website came to be...

It really was a matter of self defense!

I spend time on many resorts throughout the year for conferences, meetings and boot camps. Because I live locally I drive to the specified resort just in time to join the event. Most of these events last the entire day, and then I get in my car and drive home.  So - I get to see the parking lot, the front entrance, the conference room , maybe the bar afterwards - if I' lucky - and the parking lot again...

Now this wouldn't be so bad except people from all over the world joining me at these events call me and say - "Hey, You live in Arizona! What's there to do at the resort? O' And what's the neighborhood like? Any good sports bars, or places to hang out? What about shopping?"

There I am - complete with the deer in the head lights look.

I can tell you the cross streets....
I can tell you the closest convenience mart....

I am at a total loss as to what's on the resort or what's within walking distance and how you can get from point A to point B to really enjoy your stay.

So I decided starting now that whole scenario is changing!

Arizona is home to some of the best resort offerings in the world - and it's about time I (We) started enjoying them!
